The Inner Fillet products contain only the inner gel-like portion of the leaf and contains a concentration of high molecular weight polysaccharides.Both the whole leaf and the inner fillet contain both high and low molecular weight polysaccharides. But the Inner Fillet products have a milder taste.Our aloe vera gels contain the same biologically-active components as our juices, but have a thicker consistency than the juice that some consumers find a "soothing" effect.In 2005, Lily of the Desert was the first company to develop technology that allows us to make USDA certified organic preservative free juice that still has all 200 biologically-active components found naturally in aloe.
