The bed actually tips. A dump switch raises and lowers it under power rather than by hand, and the tailgate opens, which together mean a load of sand or leaves comes out the way it does on a real truck. The bed measures 19.5 by 8 by 4.5 inches, and a shovel clips onto a holder on the body so it travels with the truck instead of being left in the garden. Two seats and a 110-pound capacity mean two children ride together — the reason the body runs 46.8 inches long and the whole thing weighs 47.5 pounds. Controls are split across three things: a one-start button, a forward-stop-reverse lever and a foot pedal. A rocking mode moves the truck back and forth on the spot. The 2.4G remote gives a parent three speeds and an emergency brake button. Doors lock and the safety belt adjusts. Built-in music runs alongside an aux input, a USB port and a wireless connection. Top speed is 2 to 5 miles per hour from a 12V 7Ah battery, recharging in 8 to 12 hours, for ages 3 to 8. The material is odourless PP over steel. The remote takes two 1.5V AAA batteries, not supplied. Key Features Specifications Note: Actual product color may vary slightly from the images due to lighting and display settings.
