Entryway closets fill up faster than anyone plans for, and an open rack takes the overflow without needing a wall or a door. A hanging rod runs the full width for coats and dresses, while a shelf above holds hats and boxes and a shelf below takes shoes and folded blankets. Two side hooks catch bags and umbrellas on the way past, and the A-shaped frame spreads the load so the whole thing stays planted even when it is fully loaded.
