This pair of matte blue steel plates is built to slide into a wide range of weighted vests, giving you an easy way to add resistance without buying a new vest. Two 5.75 lb plates are included, for about 11.5 lbs of combined added load once both panels are loaded, the vest itself is sold separately. Each plate is finished with rounded corners and smooth edges so it won't chew through vest padding during running, hiking, pull-ups, or push-ups, and every plate arrives wrapped in three layers of bubble wrap inside its own carton for protection in shipping. Because the plate weight is swappable, you can start light and work up: the same plate design is also sold in 8.75 lb, 14.5 lb, and 19.75 lb pairs, so your vest can grow with your training instead of being replaced.
