A playroom changes function five times a day, and this bench changes with it. Turn the hand knobs and the storage bench becomes a table with matching seats, then folds back into a bench along the wall when floor space matters more than a work surface. Two fabric bins slide underneath to swallow blocks, crayons, and puzzle pieces, so cleanup is a matter of dropping things in rather than sorting them out. The panels are sturdy P2 Mdf finished with rounded edges and cut-out handles on both sides, so an adult can shift the whole piece with one hand and a toddler can lean on it without finding a corner. The seat carries up to 132 lbs and the tabletop holds 22 lbs, which covers two children side by side with a tablet, a snack plate, and a stack of books. Each bin measures 13 in by 10.5 in by 8 in, and the set weighs 17.5 lbs in total. It carries Astm and Cpsia certification and the smooth surface wipes clean with a damp cloth, which makes it a sensible fit for a home playroom, a daycare.
