The Postnatal Multivitamin is designed to support the nutritional needs of lactation, which are different from the needs for pregnancy. While the Prenatal Multivitamin includes extra high doses of vitamins B5, B6, B12 and folate, and 100% of the Rda for iron, the Postnatal Multivitamin includes less iron and keeps the B vitamin doses at 100% of Rda. The Postnatal Multivitamin also includes a blend of herbs traditionally known to help boost milk production.
