Each armbar is 12-inches long and less than 1 pound each. You can choose from 4 resistance levels to meet your fitness and occupational therapy goals. Our twist bars are made from Thermoplastic rubber (Tpr) which make them highly resilient, long lasting products. They come as singles, in a set of 3 including the 5, 10 and 15 pound resistances, or as a set of 4 which also includes a 20 pound resistance level.
