Fir wood forms the A-shaped stand that holds this swing up, so nothing has to be bolted to a porch beam before the first use. The 37 inch bench seats two adults on a 19 inch deep cushion with an 18 inch backrest, and carbon steel chains hook into different links to raise or lower the seat. Above it a canopy tilts through the afternoon to block low sun, and the cover comes off along with the cushion when the weather turns. Extra support bars under the stand bring the rated load to 661 pounds. The whole set measures 67 inches wide, 47 inches deep and 66.5 inches high on a 67 by 44 inch footprint, and weighs 27.5 pounds once built. It ships in two cartons and needs assembly before use.
