Resin pinewood and lemon-wood logs glow over infrared quartz heat in this 23-inch electric fireplace log set, built to slide into an existing fireplace opening and plug straight into a 120V outlet with no installation. Rated at 1500W, the fireplace insert heater puts out 5120 BTU for spaces up to 1000 sq ft, and its built-in thermostat holds a setting between 70 and 95 degrees F. Choose among 5 flame colors (breathing, amber, blue, polar and violet) and 5 brightness levels, run flame only, heat only or both, and switch on sleep mode to pair warmth with the dim breathing glow at night. Control it by app, Alexa, Google Assistant or the included remote, and set the 0.5-8H timer from the sofa. Overheat protection and a child lock are built in, operation stays at or below 40 dB, and at least 5 inches of space from the wall is required. The insert measures 23 x 8.9 x 12.6 inches, weighs 12.5 lbs and has a 5.8 ft cord, a cozy fit for a living room mantel or holiday hearth.
