Stainless steel across the work surface handles potting, transplanting and watering with far less cleanup than a wood top, and three-sided guardrails stop soil and pots sliding off the 34 by 17 inch surface. It carries 110 pounds. Below sits an enclosed cabinet 15.5 inches deep with removable shelves that reconfigure for tall bags or short trays, each shelf rated to 45 pounds, closed by a secure latch and vented to keep the interior dry. A top shelf and 3 hanging hooks put gloves, labels and hand tools at eye level. Fir wood forms the frame in a gray painted finish, standing 47 inches tall on a 34 by 18 inch footprint at 41 pounds. The latch keeps the cabinet shut against wind on an exposed patio.
